MAGAZINE BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings must be made before the 7th of the month immediately prior the month of the magazine (Booking Deadline), and material must be delivered to MyMobile by the 14th of the month immediately prior the month of the magazine (Material Deadline).

Any cancellations must be notified to MyMobile in writing prior to the Booking Deadline. Failure to do so will result in the advertiser being liable to iStart Limited for the full amount of the booking, plus any collection costs incurred.

Where a booking has been made and material not delivered by the Material Deadline, the advertiser will be liable to iStart Limited for the full amount of the booking, plus any collection costs incurred, unless iStart agrees to extend the Material Deadline.
